Common questions about used LED
Are your used LED screens reliable?
Yes. Before shipping, every used panel is full-cycle aged, has dead pixels removed and is color-calibrated point by point. We grade each batch and only ship panels in perfect working order, and include spare modules so you can maintain the wall long-term.
Do you sell new panels too?
Yes. We stock brand-new factory panels alongside used stock: indoor fine-pitch P1.25–P2.5, indoor rental P2.6–P3.9 and outdoor waterproof P2.97–P5, with standard 500×500 and 500×1000mm die-cast cabinets.
Which brands and pitches do you have?
First-tier factory panels from Unilumin, Leyard, Dicolor, Esdlumen, Absen and more, from P1.25 up to P5+, for indoor, outdoor and rental use. We also stock full stage AV gear — lights, consoles, processors, Novastar cards, truss and flight cases.
Can I inspect before I pay?
Yes. We provide free layout plans and area calculations, send real warehouse photos and test videos, and support on-site inspection at our Guangzhou warehouse before you confirm.
Do you ship to my country?
We regularly export to Asia, Africa, the Americas and Europe, and know the trade process well. We handle export packing and documentation and quote sea or air freight to your port or door.
What about setup and after-sales?
We offer remote debugging and software training. If anything comes up after delivery, we guide you through it and debug remotely until your screen is running.
